The new sponge brayers are easy to use and inexpensive and can produce some great effects, especially when coupled with the Irresistably Yours Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Today’s card  couldn’t be any simpler to create.  All the details are available on the Free Tutorial Sheet below.  For other Quick and Easy Cards, hop on over the SSINKspiration Blog page and see what the other designers have created.

Curtain Fold Card

I just love this Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper!  Anything pink is good, but add black with it and it’s even better!  Now, if I can add a simple fold, in this case, the curtain or as some call it drapery fold and a sentiment stamp I’ve got a card that pops!  Today on the SSINKspiration  blog, the designers are featuring their favorite new DSP.  I’ve gotta admit, picking just one was tough!  (I also really love the Foral Boutique DSP.)  If you’re unfamiliar with how to do this fold, be sure to download the tutorial below and you can replicate this card in no time!

Graduation Cap Card

5 Jul

This year we were invited to a number of graduation parties.  Guess I’m getting older as all of our friends seem to be having kids graduating!  This card was one that I could easily customize to each child’s school colors.  The sample below was for someone who graduated from a dark blue/light blue school (actually my old high school!).    To make this card special, it incorporates and explosion fold.  All directions are available on the linked pdf available below.
